16. ಆಗ ಪ್ರಧಾನರೂ ಜನರೆಲ್ಲರೂ ಯಾಜಕರಿಗೂ ಪ್ರವಾದಿಗಳಿಗೂ--ಈ ಮನುಷ್ಯನು ಮರಣದ ನಿರ್ಣ ಯಕ್ಕೆ ತಕ್ಕವನಲ್ಲ; ನಮ್ಮ ದೇವರಾದ ಕರ್ತನ ಹೆಸರಿ ನಲ್ಲಿ ನಮ್ಮ ಸಂಗಡ ಮಾತನಾಡಿದ್ದಾನೆ ಅಂದರು.
