14. ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲಿನ ದೇವರಾದ ಸೈನ್ಯಗಳ ಕರ್ತನು ಹೀಗೆ ಹೇಳುತ್ತಾನೆ--ನಾನು ಈ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಜನಾಂಗಗಳ ಕುತ್ತಿಗೆಗಳ ಮೇಲೆ ಅವರು ಬಾಬೆಲಿನ ಅರಸನಾದ ನೆಬೂಕದ್ನೆಚ್ಚರನಿಗೆ ಸೇವೆ ಮಾಡುವ ಹಾಗೆ ಕಬ್ಬಿಣದ ನೊಗವನ್ನು ಇಟ್ಟಿದ್ದೇನೆ; ಅವರು ಅವನಿಗೆ ಸೇವೆ ಮಾಡುವರು; ಭೂಮಿಯ ಮೃಗಗಳನ್ನು ಸಹ ಅವನಿಗೆ ಕೊಟ್ಟಿದ್ದೇನೆ.
