4. ಯೆಹೂ ದದ ಅರಸನಾದ ಯೆಹೋಯಾಕೀಮನ ಮಗನಾದ ಯೆಕೊನ್ಯನನ್ನೂ ಬಾಬೆಲಿಗೆ ಹೋದ ಯೆಹೂದದ ಸೆರೆಯವರೆಲ್ಲರನ್ನೂ ನಾನು ತಿರುಗಿ ಈ ಸ್ಥಳಕ್ಕೆ ಬರ ಮಾಡುವೆನೆಂದು ಕರ್ತನು ಅನ್ನುತ್ತಾನೆ; ಬಾಬೆಲಿನ ಅರಸನ ನೊಗವನ್ನು ಮುರಿದುಬಿಡುವೆನು.
