10. ಜನಾಂಗಗಳೇ, ಕರ್ತನ ವಾಕ್ಯವನ್ನು ಕೇಳಿರಿ; ದೂರದಲ್ಲಿರುವ ದ್ವೀಪಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಅದನ್ನು ತಿಳಿಸಿ ಹೀಗೆ ಹೇಳಿರಿ--ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲನನ್ನು ಚದರಿಸಿದಾತನು ಅವ ನನ್ನು ಕೂಡಿಸುವನು; ಕುರುಬನು ತನ್ನ ಮಂದೆಯನ್ನು ಕಾಯುವ ಹಾಗೆ ಅವನನ್ನು ಕಾಯುವನು.
