28. ಆದದರಿಂದ ಕರ್ತನು ಹೀಗೆ ಹೇಳುತ್ತಾನೆ--ಇಗೋ, ನಾನು ಈ ಪಟ್ಟಣವನ್ನು ಕಸ್ದೀಯರ ಕೈಯಲ್ಲಿಯೂ ಬಾಬೆಲಿನ ಅರಸನಾದ ನೆಬೂಕದ್ನೆಚ್ಚರನ ಕೈಯಲ್ಲಿಯೂ ಒಪ್ಪಿಸು ತ್ತೇನೆ; ಅವನು ಅದನ್ನು ವಶಪಡಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವನು.
