14. ಅವರು ಕಳುಹಿಸಿ ಯೆರೆವಿಾಯನನ್ನು ಸೆರೆಮನೆಯ ಅಂಗಳದಿಂದ ತೆಗೆಸಿ ಶಾಫಾನನ ಮಗ ನಾದ ಅಹೀಕಾಮನ ಮಗನಾದ ಗೆದಲ್ಯನಿಗೆ ಒಪ್ಪಿಸಿ ಮನೆಗೆ ಕರಕೊಂಡು ಹೋಗಬೇಕೆಂದು ಅಪ್ಪಣೆ ಕೊಟ್ಟರು. ಹಾಗೆ ಅವನು ಜನರ ಮಧ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ವಾಸವಾಗಿದ್ದನು.
