22. ನನ್ನ ಜನರು ಮೂಢರಾಗಿದ್ದಾರೆ, ನನ್ನನ್ನು ಅವರು ಅರಿಯರು; ಕುಡಿಕರಾದ ಮಕ್ಕಳಾಗಿದ್ದಾರೆ, ಗ್ರಹಿಕೆ ಯುಳ್ಳವರಲ್ಲ; ಕೆಟ್ಟದ್ದನ್ನು ಮಾಡುವದಕ್ಕೆ ಜಾಣರಾಗಿ ದ್ದಾರೆ, ಒಳ್ಳೇದನ್ನು ಮಾಡುವದನ್ನು ಅರಿಯರು.
