5. ಯೆಹೂದದಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಚಾರಪಡಿಸಿರಿ, ಯೆರೂಸ ಲೇಮಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಕಟಿಸಿರಿ, ದೇಶದಲ್ಲಿ ತುತೂರಿ ಊದಿ ರೆಂದು ಹೇಳಿರಿ; ಗಟ್ಟಿಯಾಗಿ ಕೂಗಿರಿ; ಕೂಡಿಕೊಂಡು ಕೋಟೆಯುಳ್ಳ ಪಟ್ಟಣಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರವೇಶಿಸೋಣ ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿರಿ.
