28. ನನ್ನ ಸೇವಕನಾದ ಯಾಕೋಬನೇ, ನೀನು ಭಯಪಡ ಬೇಡವೆಂದು ಕರ್ತನು ಅನ್ನುತ್ತಾನೆ; ನಾನೇ ನಿನ್ನ ಸಂಗಡ ಇದ್ದೇನೆ; ನಾನು ನಿನ್ನನ್ನು ಎಲ್ಲಿಗೆ ಓಡಿಸಿ ದೆನೋ ಆ ಜನಾಂಗಗಳನ್ನೆಲ್ಲಾ ಸಂಪೂರ್ಣವಾಗಿ ನಾಶಮಾಡು ತ್ತೇನೆ; ಆದರೆ ನಿನ್ನನ್ನು ನಾಶಮಾಡುವದಿಲ್ಲ; ನ್ಯಾಯದಿಂದಲೇ ನಿನ್ನನ್ನು ಶಿಕ್ಷಿಸುತ್ತೇನೆ; ಆದಾಗ್ಯೂ ನಿನ್ನನ್ನು ಶಿಕ್ಷಿಸದೇ ಬಿಡುವದಿಲ್ಲ.
