2. ಕರ್ತನು ಹೀಗೆ ಹೇಳು ತ್ತಾನೆ--ಇಗೋ, ಪ್ರವಾಹಗಳು ಉತ್ತರದಿಂದ ಬರು ತ್ತವೆ, ಅವು ತುಂಬಿ ತುಳುಕುವ ಪ್ರಳಯವಾಗುವದು; ದೇಶವನ್ನೂ ಅದರಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಸಮಸ್ತವನ್ನೂ ಪಟ್ಟಣವನ್ನೂ ಅದರ ನಿವಾಸಿಗಳನ್ನೂ ಆಕ್ರಮಿಸುವವು, ಆಗ ಮನು ಷ್ಯರು ಕೂಗುವರು, ದೇಶದ ನಿವಾಸಿಗಳೆಲ್ಲರೂ ಗೋಳಾ ಡುವರು.
