28. ಬಾಬೆಲಿನ ಅರಸನಾದ ನೆಬೂಕದ್ನೆಚ್ಚರನು ಹೊಡೆಯಲಿಕ್ಕಿರುವ ಕೇದಾರಿನ ವಿಷಯವಾಗಿಯೂ ಹಾಚೋರಿನ ರಾಜ್ಯಗಳ ವಿಷಯವಾಗಿಯೂ ಕರ್ತನು ಹೀಗೆ ಹೇಳುತ್ತಾನೆ--ಏಳಿರಿ, ಕೇದಾರಿನ ಬಳಿಗೆ ಏರಿ ಹೋಗಿರಿ! ಪೂರ್ವದಿಕ್ಕಿನ ಮನುಷ್ಯರನ್ನು ಸುಲು ಕೊಳ್ಳಿರಿ.
