9. ಇಗೋ, ನಾನು ಉತ್ತರ ದೇಶದಿಂದ ದೊಡ್ಡ ಜನಾಂಗಗಳ ಸಭೆ ಸೇರಿಸಿ; ಬಾಬೆಲಿಗೆ ವಿರೋಧವಾಗಿ ಏಳುವಂತೆ ಮಾಡುತ್ತೇನೆ. ಅವರು ಅದಕ್ಕೆ ವಿರೋಧ ವಾಗಿ ಯುದ್ಧವನ್ನು ಸಿದ್ಧಮಾಡುವರು; ಅಲ್ಲಿಂದ ಅದು ಹಿಡಿಯಲ್ಪಡುವದು; ಅವರ ಬಾಣಗಳು ಬಲಿಷ್ಠನಾದ ಪ್ರವೀಣಶಾಲಿಯ ಹಾಗಿರುವವು. ಯಾವದೂ ವ್ಯರ್ಥವಾಗಿ ತಿರುಗವು.
