7. ನೀತಿವಂತರಿಂದ ತನ್ನ ಕಣ್ಣುಗಳನ್ನು ತೊಲಗಿಸುವದಿಲ್ಲ. ಅವರು ಅರಸುಗಳ ಸಂಗಡ ಸಿಂಹಾಸನದಲ್ಲಿ ಇದ್ದಾರೆ. ಹೌದು, ಆತನು ಅವರನ್ನು, ಎಂದೆಂದಿಗೂ ಸ್ಥಿರಪಡಿಸುತ್ತಾನೆ. ಅವರು ಉನ್ನತಕ್ಕೇರಿಸಲ್ಪಟ್ಟಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
