9. ತನ್ನ ತಂದೆಯನ್ನಾಗಲಿ ತಾಯಿಯನ್ನಾಗಲಿ ಶಪಿಸುವ ವನಿಗೆ ನಿಶ್ಚಯವಾಗಿ ಮರಣದಂಡನೆ ವಿಧಿಸಬೇಕು; ಯಾವನು ತನ್ನ ತಂದೆಯನ್ನಾಗಲಿ ತಾಯಿಯನ್ನಾಗಲಿ ಶಪಿಸುವನೋ ಅವನ ರಕ್ತವು ಅವನ ಮೇಲೆಯೇ ಇರುವದು.
