9. ಇದಾದ ಮೇಲೆ ಏಳನೆಯ ತಿಂಗಳಿನ ಹತ್ತನೆಯ ದಿವಸದಲ್ಲಿ ಐವತ್ತನೇ ವಾರ್ಷಿಕೋತ್ಸವಕ್ಕೆ ತುತೂರಿಯನ್ನು ಊದಿಸ ಬೇಕು; ಪ್ರಾಯಶ್ಚಿತ್ತದ ದಿನದಲ್ಲಿ ನಿಮ್ಮ ದೇಶದ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಕಡೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ತುತೂರಿಯನ್ನು ಊದಿಸಬೇಕು.
