15. ಆಗ ಅವನು ಅದನ್ನು ವಧಿಸಿ ದನು; ಮೋಶೆಯು ಅದರ ರಕ್ತವನ್ನು ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಂಡು ಯಜ್ಞವೇದಿಯ ಮೇಲಿರುವ ಕೊಂಬುಗಳಿಗೆ ಸುತ್ತಲೂ ತನ್ನ ಬೆರಳಿನಿಂದ ಹಚ್ಚಿ ಯಜ್ಞವೇದಿಯನ್ನು ಶುದ್ಧೀಕರಿಸಿ ಉಳಿದ ರಕ್ತವನ್ನು ಯಜ್ಞವೇದಿಯ ಅಡಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಹೊಯ್ದನು. ಅದರ ಮೇಲೆ ಸಂಧಾನಮಾಡುವದಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಅದನ್ನು ಪವಿತ್ರಮಾಡಿದನು.
