13. ಯಾವ ಸೇವಕನೂ ಇಬ್ಬರು ಯಜಮಾನರನ್ನು ಸೇವಿಸಲಾರನು; ಯಾಕಂದರೆ ಅವನು ಒಬ್ಬನನ್ನು ಹಗೆಮಾಡಿ ಮತ್ತೊಬ್ಬನನ್ನು ಪ್ರೀತಿ ಸುವನು; ಇಲ್ಲವೆ ಒಬ್ಬನನ್ನು ಹೊಂದಿಕೊಂಡು ಮತ್ತೊಬ್ಬನನ್ನು ತಿರಸ್ಕರಿಸುವನು; ನೀವು ದೇವರನ್ನೂ ಧನವನ್ನೂ ಸೇವಿಸಲಾರಿರಿ ಅಂದನು.
