18. ಕರ್ತನ ಆತ್ಮವು ನನ್ನ ಮೇಲೆ ಇದೆ; ಯಾಕಂದರೆ ಬಡವರಿಗೆ ಸುವಾರ್ತೆ ಸಾರುವದಕ್ಕೆ ಆತನು ನನ್ನನ್ನು ಅಭಿಷೇಕಿಸಿದ್ದಾನೆ; ಮುರಿದ ಹೃದಯ ವುಳ್ಳವರನ್ನು ಸ್ವಸ್ಥಮಾಡುವದಕ್ಕೂ ಸೆರೆಯಲ್ಲಿದ್ದವರಿಗೆ ಬಿಡುಗಡೆಯನ್ನು ಸಾರುವದಕ್ಕೂ ಕುರುಡರಿಗೆ ದೃಷ್ಟಿ ಕೊಡುವದಕ್ಕೂ ಜಜ್ಜಲ್ಪಟ್ಟವರನ್ನು ಬಿ
