19. ಯಾವನಾದರೂ ರಾಜ್ಯದ ವಾಕ್ಯವನ್ನು ಕೇಳಿ ಗ್ರಹಿಸದೆ ಇರುವಾಗ ಕೆಡುಕನು ಬಂದು ಅವನ ಹೃದಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಬಿತ್ತಿದ್ದನ್ನು ತೆಗೆದು ಬಿಡು ವನು; ದಾರಿಯ ಮಗ್ಗುಲಲ್ಲಿ ಬೀಜವನ್ನು ಅಂಗೀಕರಿ ಸಿದವನು ಇವನೇ.
