8. ಆತನು ಅವರಿಗೆ--ಮೋಶೆಯು ನಿಮ್ಮ ಹೃದಯದ ಕಾಠಿಣ್ಯತೆಯ ದೆಸೆಯಿಂದ ನಿಮ್ಮ ಹೆಂಡತಿ ಯರನ್ನು ಬಿಟ್ಟುಬಿಡುವದಕ್ಕೆ ಅಪ್ಪಣೆಕೊಟ್ಟನು. ಆದರೆ ಆದಿಯಿಂದ ಅದು ಹಾಗೆ ಇರಲಿಲ್ಲ ಅಂದನು.
