25. ಆದಕಾರಣ ನಾನು ನಿಮಗೆ ಹೇಳುವದೇ ನಂದರೆ--ನಿಮ್ಮ ಪ್ರಾಣಕ್ಕೋಸ್ಕರ ನೀವು ಏನು ತಿನ್ನಬೇಕು ಮತ್ತು ಏನು ಕುಡಿಯಬೇಕು ಎಂಬದರ ವಿಷಯಕ್ಕಾಗಲೀ ಇಲ್ಲವೆ ನಿಮ್ಮ ಶರೀರಕ್ಕೆ ನೀವು ಏನು ಹೊದ್ದುಕೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕೆಂತಾಗಲೀ ಚಿಂತೆ ಮಾಡ ಬೇಡಿರಿ; ಊಟಕ್ಕಿಂತ ಪ್ರಾಣವೂ ಉಡುಪಿಗಿಂತ ಶರೀರವೂ ಹೆ
