9. ಇದಲ್ಲದೆ ತಿರ್ಷತನಾದ ನೆಹೆವಿಾಯನೂ ಶಾಸ್ತ್ರಿ ಯೂ, ಯಾಜಕನೂ ಆದ ಎಜ್ರನೂ ಜನರನ್ನು ಬೋಧಿಸಿದ ಲೇವಿಯರೂ ಜನರೆಲ್ಲರಿಗೆ ಹೇಳಿದ್ದೇ ನಂದರೆ--ಈ ದಿನವು ನಿಮ್ಮ ದೇವರಾಗಿರುವ ಕರ್ತನಿಗೆ ಪರಿಶುದ್ಧವಾದದರಿಂದ ದುಃಖಿಸದೆ, ಅಳದೆ ಇರ್ರಿ. ಯಾಕಂದರೆ ಜನರೆಲ್ಲರು ನ್ಯಾಯಪ್ರಮಾಣದ ಮಾತು ಗಳನ್ನು ಕೇಳಿದಾಗ ಅತ್ತರು.
