24. ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲ್ಯರು ಅವನನ್ನು ಕತ್ತಿಯಿಂದ ಹೊಡೆದು ಅವನ ದೇಶವನ್ನು ಅರ್ನೋನ್‌ ನದಿಯಿಂದ ಯಬ್ಬೋಕ್‌ ನದಿಯ ವರೆಗೂ ಅಮ್ಮೋನನ ಮಕ್ಕಳ ಮೇರೆಯ ವರೆಗೂ ಸ್ವಾಧೀನಮಾಡಿಕೊಂಡರು. ಅಮ್ಮೋನನ ಮಕ್ಕಳ ಮೇರೆ ಬಲವುಳ್ಳದ್ದಾಗಿತ್ತು.
