4. ಆದದರಿಂದ ಮೋವಾಬ್ಯರು ಮಿದ್ಯಾನ್ಯರ ಹಿರಿಯರಿಗೆ ಹೇಳಿದ್ದೇನಂದರೆ--ಈಗ ಈ ಸಮೂಹವು ನಮ್ಮ ಸುತ್ತಲಿರುವದನ್ನೆಲ್ಲಾ ಎತ್ತು ಅಡವಿಯ ಹುಲ್ಲನ್ನು ಮೇಯುವಂತೆ ಮೇಯುವದು. ಆ ಕಾಲದಲ್ಲಿ ಚಿಪ್ಪೋ ರನ ಮಗನಾದ ಬಾಲಾಕನು ಮೋವಾಬ್ಯರ ಅರಸ ನಾಗಿದ್ದನು.
