54. ನೀವು ದೇಶವನ್ನು ನಿಮ್ಮ ಗೋತ್ರಗಳ ಪ್ರಕಾರ ಚೀಟಿನಿಂದ ಸ್ವಾಧೀನಮಾಡಿ ಹಂಚಿಕೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕು; ಹೆಚ್ಚಾದವರಿಗೆ ಸ್ವಾಸ್ತ್ಯವನ್ನು ಹೆಚ್ಚಿಸಿ ಕಡಿಮೆಯಾದ ವರಿಗೆ ಸ್ವಾಸ್ತ್ಯವನ್ನು ಕಡಿಮೆಮಾಡಬೇಕು; ಒಬ್ಬೊಬ್ಬ ನಿಗೆ ಚೀಟು ಎಲ್ಲಿ ಬೀಳುವದೋ ಅದೇ ಅವನಿಗಾಗ ಬೇಕು; ನಿಮ್ಮ ಪಿತೃಗಳ ಗೋತ್ರದ ಪ್ರಕಾರ ನೀವು ಸ್ವಾಧೀನಮಾಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕು.
