8. ಇವರ ಶವಗಳು ಮಹಾ ಪಟ್ಟಣದ ಬೀದಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಬಿದ್ದಿರುವವು. ಆ ಪಟ್ಟಣಕ್ಕೆ ಆತ್ಮಿಕವಾಗಿ ಸೊದೋಮ್‌ ಎಂತಲೂ ಐಗುಪ್ತ ಎಂತಲೂ ಕರೆಯುವರು; ನಮ್ಮ ಕರ್ತನು ಅಲ್ಲಿಯೇ ಶಿಲುಬೆಗೆ ಹಾಕಲ್ಪಟ್ಟನು.
