3. ಹೀಗಿರಲಾಗಿ ಗಂಡನು ಜೀವದಿಂದಿರುವಾಗ ಆಕೆ ಬೇರೊಬ್ಬನನ್ನು ಮದುವೆ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಂಡರೆ ವ್ಯಭಿ ಚಾರಿಣಿ ಎಂದು ಕರೆಯಲ್ಪಡುವಳು; ಗಂಡನು ಸತ್ತರೆ ಆ ನ್ಯಾಯಪ್ರಮಾಣದಿಂದ ಆಕೆಯು ಬಿಡುಗಡೆಯಾಗಿ ದ್ದಾಳೆ. ಹೀಗೆ ಆಕೆ ಮತ್ತೊಬ್ಬನನ್ನು ಮದುವೆ ಮಾಡಿ ಕೊಂಡರೂ ವ್ಯಭಿಚಾರಿಣಿಯಲ್ಲ.
