5. 형제가 동거하는데 그 중 하나가 죽고 아들이 없거든 그 죽은 자의 아내는 나가서 타인에게 시집가지 말 것이요 그 남편의 형제가 그에게로 들어가서 그를 취하여 아내를 삼아 그의 남편의 형제 된 의무를 그에게 다 행할 것이요
