34. Unde Menelaus seorsum apprehendens Andronicum rogabat, ut Oniam interficeret. At vero ille, cum venisset ad Oniam et cum fidem dolo dedisset ac dexteram accepisset dedissetque cum iureiurando, quamvis esset ei suspectus, suasit de asylo procedere, quem statim peremit, non veritus iustitiam.
