11. Cumque ista custodia per dies viginti fuisset expleta, defecerunt cisternæ, et collectiones aquarum omnibus habitantibus Bethuliam, ita ut non esset intra civitatem unde satiarentur vel una die, quoniam ad mensuram dabatur populis aqua quotidie.
