28. Jozuė užėmė tą pačią dieną Makedą ir nužudė jos gyventojus bei karalių, sunaikino visus gyventojus taip, kad nė vienas neišliko gyvas. Jis pasielgė su Makedos karaliumi taip, kaip su Jericho karaliumi.
