21. ir, uždėjęs jam ant galvos abi rankas, išpažins visas izraelitų nedorybes, visus jų nusikaltimus ir nuodėmes, sukraudamas jas ant ožio galvos. Tada tam skirtas asmuo išves ožį į dykumą.
