23. Tomēr Tas Kungs bija viņiem žēlīgs un apžēlojās par viņiem. Viņš tiem atkal izrādīja Savu laipnību, pieminēdams Savu derību ar Ābrahāmu, Īzāku un Jēkabu, jo Viņš negribēja tos izdeldēt un atstumt no Sava vaiga līdz pat šim laikam.
