12. Un Absaloms atsauca gilonieti Ahitofelu, Dāvida padoma devēju, no viņa dzimtās pilsētas Gilo, kad viņš jau upurēja savu kaujamo upuri. Tā sazvērestība pieauga spēkā un plašumā, jo ļaudis nāca, un daudzi pievienojās Absalomam.
