4. Un viņi sacīja faraonam: "Mēs esam nākuši, lai kā svešinieki piemājotu šinī zemē, jo nav ganību tiem sīklopiem, kas pieder taviem kalpiem, tāpēc ka bads Kānaāna zemē ir smags. Tad nu, lūdzams, atļauj taviem kalpiem dzīvot Gošenes zemē."
