7. Tā saka Tas Kungs, Israēla Pestītājs, viņa Svētais, nicinātai dvēselei, novārtā liktai tautai un apspiedēju kalpam: "Ķēniņi to redzēs un piecelsies, un lielkungi zemosies Tā Kunga dēļ, jo Viņš ir uzticīgs, Israēla Svētā dēļ, kas tevi izredzējis."
