9. Šīs bija izraudzītās pilsētas visiem Israēla bērniem, kā arī svešiniekiem, kas dzīvoja viņu vidū, lai uz turieni varētu bēgt ikkatrs, kas vien netīši nositis kādu cilvēku, lai tam nebūtu jāmirst no asinsatriebēja rokas, pirms tas nebūtu stāvējis draudzes priekšā.
