39. Tad Gideons sacīja Dievam: "Neiekaisti, lūdzams, dusmās pret mani, ja tikai es vēl vienu reizi gribu Tev ko lūgt! Ļauj man vēl vienu reizi, ka pārbaudu ar šo vilnu: šoreiz lai vilna paliek pilnīgi sausa, vienīgi tā, bet pa visu zemi lai būtu rasa."
