28. Bet, ja viņa rocība nesniedzas tik tālu un viņam nav tik daudz, cik viņam nāktos tam atdot, tad pārdotais īpašums lai paliek pircēja rokā līdz gaviļu gadam; bet gaviļu gadā lai tas kļūst brīvs, un lai viņš atkal tiek pie sava īpašuma.
