1. Svētceļnieku dziesma. Kad Tas Kungs atveda atpakaļ Ciānas cietumniekus, tad mēs bijām kā tādi, kas sapņus redz.
  
2. Tad mūsu mute bija pilna smieklu un mūsu mēle pilna gaviļu; tad savā starpā runāja citas tautas: "Tas Kungs lielas lietas viņu vidū ir darījis!"
  
3. Tiešām, Tas Kungs ir darījis lielas lietas, par to mēs priecājamies.
  
4. Atved, Kungs, atpakaļ mūsu cietumniekus, kā lietus liek atgriezties savās gultnēs upēm dienvidu zemēs!
  
5. Kas ar asarām sēj, tie ar gavilēm pļaus:
  
6. viņi aiziet un raud, dārgu sēklu sējai nesdami, bet tiešām ar prieku viņi atkal nāks un nesīs mājup savus kūlīšus.
