10. Es esmu saņēmis arī moābieti Ruti, Mahlona atraitni, un ņemšu to sev par sievu, lai nepārtrauktu nelaiķa vārdu uz viņa īpašumu un lai neizdeldētu nelaiķa vārdu no viņa brāļu vidus un no viņa dzimtās vietas vārtiem; jūs esat šodien liecinieki."
