36. എന്നാല് ഒരുത്തന് തന്റെ കന്യകെക്കു പ്രായം കടന്നാല് താന് ചെയ്യുന്നതു അയോഗ്യം എന്നു നിരൂപിക്കുന്നു എങ്കില് അങ്ങനെ വേണ്ടിവന്നാല് ഇഷ്ടംപോലെ ചെയ്യട്ടെ; അവന് ദോഷം ചെയ്യുന്നില്ല; അവര് വിവാഹം ചെയ്യട്ടെ.
