23. തന്നെ ശകാരിച്ചിട്ടു പകരം ശകാരിക്കാതെയും കഷ്ടം അനുഭവിച്ചിട്ടു ഭീഷണം പറയാതെയും ന്യായമായി വിധിക്കുന്നവങ്കല് കാര്യ്യം ഭരമേല്പിക്കയത്രേ ചെയ്തതു.
