25. അതിന്റെ ശേഷം ശമൂവേല് രാജധര്മ്മം ജനത്തെ പറഞ്ഞുകേള്പ്പിച്ചു; അതു ഒരു പുസ്തകത്തില് എഴുതി യഹോവയുടെ സന്നിധിയില് വെച്ചു. പിന്നെ ശമൂവേല് ജനത്തെയെല്ലാം വീട്ടിലേക്കു പറഞ്ഞയച്ചു.
