49. ദാവീദ് സഞ്ചിയില് കയ്യിട്ടു ഒരു കല്ലു എടുത്തു കവിണയില്വെച്ചു വീശി ഫെലിസ്ത്യന്റെ നെറ്റിക്കു എറിഞ്ഞു. കല്ലു അവന്റെ നെറ്റിയില് കൊണ്ടു പതിഞ്ഞു;
