8. യിസ്രായേല്മക്കള് ശമൂവേലിനോടുനമ്മുടെ ദൈവമായ യഹോവ ഞങ്ങളെ ഫെലിസ്ത്യരുടെ കയ്യില്നിന്നു രക്ഷിക്കേണ്ടതിന്നു ഞങ്ങള്ക്കു വേണ്ടി അവനോടു പ്രാര്ത്ഥിക്കുന്നതു മതിയാക്കരുതേ എന്നു പറഞ്ഞു.
