13. അവര് ചുമട്ടുകാര്ക്കും അതതു വേല ചെയ്യുന്ന എല്ലാ പണിക്കാര്ക്കും മേല്വിചാരകന്മാരായിരുന്നു; ലേവ്യരില് ചിലര് എഴുത്തുകാരും ഉദ്യോഗസ്ഥന്മാരും വാതില്കാവല്ക്കാരും ആയിരുന്നു.
