17. എങ്കിലും അശ്ശൂര് രാജാവു തര്ത്ഥാനെയും റബ്-സാരീസിനെയും റബ്-ശാക്കേയെയും ലാഖീശില്നിന്നു ഹിസ്കീയാരാജാവിന്റെ അടുക്കല് ഒരു വലിയ സൈന്യവുമായി യെരൂശലേമിന്റെ നേരെ അയച്ചു; അവര് പുറപ്പെട്ടു യെരൂശലേമില് വന്നു. അവിടെ എത്തിയപ്പോള് അവര് അലക്കുകാരന്റെ വയലിലെ പെരുവഴിക്കലുള്ള മേലത്തെ കുളത്തിന്റെ കല്പാത്തിക്കരികെ ചെന്നുനിന്നു.
