16. എന്നാല് ദൈവദൂതന് യെരൂശലേമിനെ ബാധിപ്പാന് അതിന്മേല് കൈനീട്ടിയപ്പോള് യഹോവ അനര്ത്ഥത്തെക്കുറിച്ചു അനുതപിച്ചു ജനത്തില് നാശം ചെയ്യുന്ന ദൂതനോടുമതി, നിന്റെ കൈ പിന് വലിക്ക എന്നു കല്പിച്ചു. അന്നേരം യഹോവയുടെ ദൂതന് , യെബൂസ്യന് അരവ്നയുടെ മെതിക്കളത്തിന്നരികെ ആയിരുന്നു.
