3. അവന് തന്നോടുകൂടെ പോരേണം എന്നു പൌലൊസ് ഇച്ഛിച്ചു; അവന്റെ അപ്പന് യവനന് എന്നു അവിടങ്ങളിലുള്ള യഹൂദന്മാര് എല്ലാവരും അറിഞ്ഞിരുന്നതിനാല് അവരെ വിചാരിച്ചു അവനെ പരിച്ഛേദന കഴിപ്പിച്ചു.
